As many people do, they think they are invincible, and it won't happen to them. I am one of those people. I was fortunate enough to see your wonderful display of courage twice, in first and second period. You have touched many people not just as Harriser, but across the nation. We cannot even imagine what struggles you must go through. You are an inspiration to us and for that being said, thank you. I can't even imagine the pain and suffering you went through. The words 'thank you' can't describe how you have touched us. With that, I must leave you with these words, thank you for touching my life in a broad variety of ways. Thank you.

I wanted to thank you for coming last Friday. It meant so much to me and my classmates. We have all been told drinking and driving, or just drinking under age was harmful, but none of us understood the severity of that action. You taught me so much in that hour that I will carry it with me as I travel on through life. Thank you so much for sharing your story, you helped, showed, and taught many kids something that day.

Thank you so much for your moving speech and sharing your experiences with us. Sharing those experiences and lessons you learned greatly helped us to understand that consequences of our actions. At the risk of sounding cheesy, you are an amazing person and an amazing speaker. Many of our classmates left that morning speechless and moved.

Thank you so much for everything!
